We adapt our screening media according to your application and requirements. Our engineered media can be manufactured using Polyurethane, Rubber, Cast Manganese, Perforated Plate, Finger Decks and Profile Wire just to name a few. We consult with you paying careful attention to the speed, stroke, and bearing size of your machine to ensure we provide you with the correctly engineered screen deck for your application.

TY-DECK & TY-GROOVE

Ty-Deck is our traditional pin & sleeve product. Ty-Groove is our pinless panel manufactured with a continuous grooved rail system.
  • Panels from 30mm to 80 mm thick
  • Single or dual durometer
  • 1x1, 1x2 or 1x4 configurations

FINGER DECKS

Although traditionally used in the recycling industry, finger deck systems can be adapted to virtually any application.
  • Screen extremely sticky or oddly shaped materials
  • Eliminate blinding and pegging
  • Ideal for high capacity scalping screens

TY-DURA RUBBER

Ty-Dura features a rubber screening surface that can stand up to the most rugged screening applications.
  • Hook strip, pin & sleeve or groove system design
  • Square, round, oval or specially designed openings
  • 5 to 38mm thick
